Hilory Paster’s professional career has focused on both Educational Leadership and Advocacy for individuals with special needs. Throughout her tenure in the Brookline (MA) Public Schools she has advocated for the academic, social and emotional needs, of students from a widely diverse population. Upon the birth of her eldest son, who has Cerebral Palsy, Hilory became a vocal advocate for ADA compliance and disability rights for individuals with varying disabilities. She has developed a fully universally designed playground and consulted on numerous accessible space projects. Hilory’s founding belief is that when we integrate the needs of the most needy, then we can all strive to maximize our greatest potential. Currently, Hilory lives in the Boston area with her husband, Glenn Paster and three sons.
